How to Place an Order

Ordering at The Vintage Atelier is simple. Once you have found a unique piece you love, click the 'Add to Cart' button. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout. In the checkout, you will be asked to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method. After your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We offer several secure payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

  • iDEAL: The most used payment method in the Netherlands.
  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Bancontact: For our Belgian customers.
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay: For a quick and secure mobile checkout.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway.
Order Confirmation & Invoices

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. A digital invoice is included in your confirmation email. For vintage items, please note that we usually operate under the Margin Scheme (Margeregeling), meaning VAT is not deductible for businesses.
Item Availability

Since we specialize in vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, most items in our collection are only available in a quantity of one. An item is only officially reserved for you once the payment process is completed. If an item is in someone else's cart, it remains available for others until it is paid for.
Secure Shopping

Your data security is our priority. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If your package was delivered to a service point and was not collected within the required timeframe, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process a refund for the items. Please note that the original shipping costs will be deducted from this refund.
