Our Collection & Vintage Condition
At The Vintage Atelier, we curate a unique collection of vintage and second-hand items. Due to their history, these products often show signs of wear, patina, or small imperfections. We believe this adds to their character. We strive to document the condition of each item accurately through detailed photography and descriptions. Please review these carefully before making a purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This cooling-off period allows you to inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
Return conditions
If you wish to return an item, please take note of the following requirements:
- Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return via email within the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Condition: The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
- Shipping Costs: The costs for return shipping are entirely at the expense of the buyer.
- Risk: The return shipment is at the buyer's risk. We strongly recommend using a registered and insured shipping method. The Vintage Atelier is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
Exclusions
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Pick-up Only" in the product description.
- Products that have been customized or modified at the request of the customer.
- Items returned outside of the 14-day window or in a different condition than sent.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and will include the purchase price of the item. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
