WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

VINTAGE WARRANTY

All items at The Vintage Atelier are vintage or second-hand, which means they have been previously loved and used. Therefore, these items do not come with a modern manufacturer's warranty. We carefully inspect and curate our collection to ensure quality, but please be aware that minor signs of age-related wear are to be expected. Any significant flaws will always be noted in the product description.

COMPLAINTS

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every item before it leaves our studio, but if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To file a complaint, email us at [info@thevintageatelier.nl] with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will respond within 2 business days with a solution — this may include a partial refund, replacement (where available), or return instructions.

Please note that as our items are vintage and second-hand, minor signs of age or wear noted in the product description do not qualify as damage.

DELIVERY TIME

All products displayed online are in stock at The Vintage Atelier, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., pre-orders).

We strive to process and dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. In most cases, once your package leaves our location, it will be delivered the next working day.

For Pick-Up only products, you receive an e-mail when you order is ready to be picked up. We work with appointments.

TRACK & TRACE

Every order from The Vintage Atelier includes a Track & Trace code. Once your package has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive an email containing a direct link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery at any time.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify your address details manually in your account.

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately. Please be aware that we can only adjust the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

In many cases, you can use the PostNL app or website to change the delivery time or location once you receive your tracking mail (excluding changes to pick-up points). If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we will refund the item costs minus the initial shipping fees.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If your package was delivered to a service point and was not collected within the required timeframe, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process a refund for the items. Please note that the original shipping costs will be deducted from this refund.
