Are all items authentic vintage?
Yes, every piece in our collection is carefully handpicked. We specialize in authentic vintage and second-hand items. Because of their unique history, most items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked once sold.
What is the condition of the items?
Since our items are vintage, they often carry signs of their previous life. We use a high standard for our curation, but minor wear, patina, or small imperfections are part of the charm. We always provide detailed photos and descriptions of any significant flaws.
Can I view an item in person before buying?
We primarily operate as an online atelier. However, for large or high-value items (such as marble tables or large mirrors), it may be possible to schedule a viewing. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
How do you package fragile items?
We have extensive experience in shipping delicate items like glassware and mirrors. We use professional-grade packing materials, including double-walled boxes and high-quality cushioning, to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipping to other countries, please send us an inquiry with your address, and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.
When will my order arrive?
We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 24 hours. International shipping to Belgium typically takes 2-4 business days.
